Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your business's use of the BCC Supplies membership platform, including the commercial installment tradeline, bureau reporting, and optional tools described on this site.
These terms govern your business's use of the BCC Supplies membership platform, including the commercial installment tradeline, bureau reporting, and optional tools described on this site.
By accessing or using the BCC Supplies website or platform in any way, you and your business acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
By registering for, accessing, or using the BCC Supplies membership platform (the "Service"), your business agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If your business does not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms are entered into between BCC Supplies and the business entity enrolling in the Service (referred to as "you" or "your business"), acting through an authorized representative.
The Service is a commercial product available only to businesses, not individual consumers. To use the Service, your business must:
This is a commercial product. It is not intended for personal, family, or household use, and is not a consumer credit product.
BCC Supplies provides a fixed-term membership that functions as a commercial installment tradeline reported to major U.S. business credit bureaus under your business's EIN. Depending on your plan, the Service may also include optional tools such as a document generator, a reporting dashboard, and a business resource library.
BCC Supplies is not a bank and does not lend money. Your membership is a commercial installment contract — a fixed-payment agreement for BCC Supplies' own products and services, financed directly by BCC Supplies rather than a third-party lender. No cash is disbursed to you at any point.
That commercial installment contract is what gets reported to the business credit bureaus as a commercial installment tradeline — the same general account-type classification bureaus use for other fixed-payment, structured-debt accounts. Some pages on this site also refer to this as an "installment loan" in a descriptive sense; where that phrase appears, it refers to how the contract is reported and classified, not to a cash loan extended by BCC Supplies.
Current plans (Foundation, Momentum, and VIP) and their pricing, features, and reporting scope are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Except for VIP (which is custom-quoted), plans run on a fixed 48-month term at 0% APR, with a total tradeline amount equal to your monthly payment multiplied by the term.
BCC Supplies reports payment activity on your account to one or more major U.S. business credit bureaus (Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and/or Equifax Business, depending on your plan) under your business's EIN. Reporting typically occurs monthly.
BCC Supplies does not guarantee any specific score, rating, tradeline outcome, or financing result. Bureau methodologies, timing, and the ultimate impact of reporting on your business's creditworthiness are determined by the bureaus and by third-party lenders, and are outside our control.
You may cancel your membership at any time from within your account, with no cancellation penalties or hidden fees.
However, please note: closing a tradeline before the end of its term can affect your business credit profile — including the average age of your accounts, your number of active trade references, your available credit, and your ongoing payment history momentum. This is a function of how business credit bureaus evaluate accounts generally, not a penalty imposed by BCC Supplies. See our FAQ for a full explanation.
The document generator, the reporting dashboard, and the business resource library are optional and provided for general business education and convenience. None of these tools are required to receive tradeline reporting, and none of them constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Documents generated through the Service are templates only. You are responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, having qualified professionals review any document before use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree not to: provide false or misleading business information; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; or use the Service on behalf of a business you are not authorized to represent.
The Service, including its software, design, courses, and content, is owned by BCC Supplies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business's internal purposes during your membership. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, provide false information, fail to pay amounts owed, or for other reasonable business or legal reasons. Where practical, we will provide notice before suspending or terminating your account. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BCC SUPPLIES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total membership fees you paid to BCC Supplies in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold BCC Supplies harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your business's use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
You and BCC Supplies agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as set out below.
You and BCC Supplies agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Effective date: July 1, 2026
