What Gets Reported

We're not a bank, and this isn't a loan. Your membership is a fixed-term, 0% APR commercial installment contract — you pay a flat monthly fee for access to our document generator, reporting dashboard, and education. There's no principal being lent and no interest charged.
That payment history is what gets reported to the business credit bureaus each month as a commercial installment tradeline, tied to your EIN. This page explains exactly what that reporting includes, starting below.
Your BCC Supplies membership is structured as a commercial installment tradeline. Each month, we submit your account's payment activity to one or more major U.S. business credit bureaus, identified entirely by your business's EIN.
The identifier tied to your tradeline is your EIN — never your Social Security number. Nothing we report touches your personal credit file.
Reporting is automatic. You don't need to submit anything or take any action for your payment history to reach the bureaus — it happens as a normal part of your membership every billing cycle.
Every plan reports somewhere; higher plans report to more bureaus at once. All reporting is included in your plan price — there's no per-bureau add-on fee.

Each reporting cycle, the following information is submitted for your business's tradeline:
Here's an illustrative example of what a single cycle's submission looks like for a Momentum plan member in good standing:

Reporting is submitted on a monthly cycle, automatically. Bureaus typically process and reflect new data on their own timelines, so most members see their tradeline appear on their business credit file within 30–60 days of their first reported payment. Exact timing is determined by each bureau, not by BCC Supplies.
We aim to report accurate, up-to-date information every cycle. If you believe something reported about your account is incorrect, contact us right away — we'll investigate and correct any confirmed error with the relevant bureau. You also have the right to dispute information directly with each bureau under their own dispute processes.
BCC Supplies does not guarantee any specific score, rating, or financing outcome. Bureau scoring methodology and how any individual lender weighs a tradeline are outside our control — see our Terms and Conditions for full detail.
If anything here doesn't match what you see on your own account, or you'd just like it explained further, we're glad to walk through it.
